How do payments work?

We ask for full payment across our services upfront.
 

What happens after payment is made?

Once we payment has been made, we will be in touch within 24 hours (usually 6 hours). 
 

Do you offer store maintenance?

We offer support post completion of a project. If you require further works then we offer a developer hours which are found under the list of services we offer.
 

Will you provide references?

We offer a portfolio of projects to all new clients.
 

Do you offer any discounts?

Our prices are competitive and relative to the size of our business. Any discounted services are promoted on our instagram page.
 

How can I share files or documents with you?

For large files or groups of files, collaborative file sharing software like WeTransfer or Google Drive are your best options. To share documents, we prefer Google Docs.
 

Do you use licensed content?

When needed we source stock images and graphics from a licensed vendor. Generally we asked clients to provide us with content, we then offer a touch up service.
